Remote Coaching & Programming for Weightlifters
$175.00 / monthThis package includes weekly reviews of your lifting videos by an M Barbell coach. The reviews include detailed feedback on what is performed well, what needs improvement and how to do so. In addition to weekly video reviews, this package includes weekly drills and customized programming that will focus on either speed, strength, or technique.

1 Private Weightlifting Session
$125.00This includes one (1) private, weightlifting session with an M Barbell coach. During these sessions, the athlete will learn basic training of the snatch and the clean and jerk, technique, and the fundamentals of weightlifting to build strength for these movements. $450.00This includes five (5) private, weightlifting sessions with an M Barbell coach.
